The owner was very friendly, and the room looked cozy, with good WiFi and a working desk. It was also very clean. The price for a direct booking is 500B. It’s a bit far from the city. We had a power outage one evening that lasted 2.5 hours. The rooms have almost no sound insulation, so I woke up three times, once when the owner moved something late at night and again when new guests checked in at 1AM.

The room was very clean and had lovely little details, and the owner was friendly and tried to help despite speaking very little English. The surrounding area felt homey and quiet, although the location is a bit far from town. The low ceiling made the room feel cramped, and the hard bed wasn’t very comfortable. It’s not ideal for very tall people, but could work well for a night or two.

The location is inconvenient, far from everything, though a cafe about 2 km away cooks very tasty Thai food to order. The city is around 5-6 km away. The rooms are small but have what you need. There are no windows, just a big glass wall, and you hear noise from the inside floor in the morning when other guests arrive or leave. The bath looks like it might still be under construction, or maybe it’s an extreme kind of art. The furniture is a mix of lots of secondhand pieces. Breakfast was cheap but not very tasty. The pool didn’t look clean, and frogs enjoy it at night.

The owner was super friendly. He picked me up in Phang Nga town, drove me around, and took me somewhere to get good local food. The hotel itself was perfect for me: the beds and shower were good, everything was clean, and there’s a swimming pool too.
