Palm Garden Resort (Khao Lak and Phang Nga)

The pool was such a peaceful spot, with plenty of sunbeds for everyone. I also had no issues with the room or the cleaning, and the resort's food and breakfast were nice. There are lots of restaurants nearby too. It's a small place with a relaxing atmosphere and lovely, professional staff, and I thought it was great value for the money. The only drawbacks I can think of are the 15-minute walk to the beach and the nearest 7eleven and ATM being 1 km away. Otherwise, no complaints.

The bed was much too firm for me and made sleeping uncomfortable. Aside from that, we got good value during our three-night stay in February 2026. The room was adequate, with air conditioning and a fan, both welcome in 90% humidity. The pool was quiet and had enough sunbeds for everyone who wanted one. Staff service was fantastic. The location worked for us: it's not central, but the night market and main strip towards the sea are a 10-minute walk away. Khao Lak centre, with some more upmarket gift shops, is about a 40-minute walk in the other direction. I'd recommend the place if a hard bed won't bother you.

Bobby made it so easy to arrange my tours and transportation to and from Khao Lak. The hotel's restaurant was tasty as well, and the whole team were sweet and helpful. I liked having some genuine quiet time away from the main street. The rooms were great, and the price felt fair for the location, service and room. It's a nice choice if you're after somewhere simple and low key. The pool was lovely too. Thanks again, I'd highly recommend staying here.

We had a great time at Palm Garden resort. Our room had plenty of space and a little porch of its own, and the air conditioning worked really well. The staff were always smiling and more than happy to help whenever we needed it. Getting around to places was easy too.
