We got there before check-in time, around noon instead of 2, but our room was already ready. They welcomed us and brought our bags to the desk. The place is just south of Phanga town, on the road toward Krabi and Phuket, with plenty of parking. The room was roomy and had air conditioning, hot water, and decent Wi-Fi, though it felt a little dated. Good value for the money.

For 700 THB, the room included breakfast, which seemed mainly geared toward Thai guests. That makes sense, since I assume not many Western visitors stay here. The main problem was the morning noise. People heading out early could be heard, and then staff called back and forth loudly until 10:45.

It’s a large, peaceful hotel, and the staff were very polite and helpful. They serve halal food, with no non-halal food or alcohol available.

It was busy, and the second night was a full house, so maybe I’m being too hard on the resort by calling it just okay. It’s very well located, though a bit overpriced for Thailand.
