The food was delicious, and the little sleeping cabins were charming and well equipped. Staff were friendly and attentive. They picked us up from the bus station in the evening and offered to store our belongings while we were on the tour we had organised with a company.

Loved our time at Green Mountain View hostel! The location and food were great, but the staff were the best part. They were so kind and always willing to help. When we had a laundry problem, the woman at reception found a quick fix. Really professional. We'd happily recommend staying here :)

The staff are lovely, and the shuttle service is amazing. But the place is surrounded by monoculture plantations, not jungle. There was no hot water, and the mattresses were very basic, which made the price feel high. Please offer water in jugs instead of individual bottles. This area is already enough of an ecological aberration. Thanks for the kind welcome and support.

The hotel-arranged jungle trek was excellent, and the staff were very nice and helpful. The food was good too. But the place was vastly overrated and overpriced. The room wasn't deluxe at all, just very basic, with leaky plumbing.

The staff and service were great, and the food was good. The shuttle was smooth, too. My room did have hot water, contrary to what I'd read in other reviews. For this price, I'd say it's really good.
