In Room 106, even the curtain rod was coming loose. The bed was hard, and the pillow had hair on it, as if it hadn't been cleaned. The old air conditioner was really noisy, and the door dragged across the floor. A terrible room.

I’ve stayed here many times, and it’s one of the best places I’ve tried. The room has plenty of space, with a clean bathroom and a balcony. There’s also a railing at the back for hanging clothes. They now have inexpensive 3-in-1 coffee outside the room, too.

At 400 baht a day, it’s just about okay if all you need is a place to sleep. The rooms are old and unclean, the lighting is poor, and parking is limited. I wouldn’t recommend a monthly stay. Given the location and the condition of the rooms, monthly rent costs more than at other places.

They have covered parking, and you can rent by the day or month at reasonable prices. The rooms are good and clean, and the service is good too.

The owner speaks kindly, so maybe the cleaners just didn't do a good job. The room was really dirty and looked as though it hadn't been cleaned. There were cobwebs and powdery dust, stains on the towels, and pillowcases that looked unwashed.
