Win Hotel Phayao

The room was large and spacious, and the elevators were nice. The location shown on Google Maps is off, so finding the place was a little tricky. Our bathroom hadn't been cleaned after the previous guest, with water still all over the floor, presumably from their shower. There was no hot water for showers. The room also had plenty of random stains and marks and wasn't very appealing. Staff were neutral, neither friendly nor unpleasant.

There are plenty of parking spaces, and the lobby feels cozy. The rooms are spacious, especially in the older building, and most of the facilities seem well built. It’s a budget hotel with lots of room options and good value. Under 500 baht a night is common in quieter periods. I’d recommend it for families or business travelers, whether staying briefly, for a week, or even a month.

The room is a good size and the staff were okay, though they speak little English. The beds are rock hard, so be warned. The shower is over or beside the toilet, which means expect wet feet.

The decor is a bit odd, but the staff were good, the place was clean, and it seemed secure. There are no electronic locks. We had an issue with our key, but they sorted it out pretty quickly.
