😡 I'm so upset. I only called to ask about prices and room availability for elderly family members I need to book for, and I haven't even used their services. I was looking at the place and wanted to ask about breakfast and directions too, but the staff member hung up on me. That kind of rude behavior from the staff/service provider was incredibly disappointing. 😩😤😡😡😡😡😡

The bed felt just right, not too hard or soft, and the pillows were comfortable. The room was clean and had good equipment, and parking was okay. I couldn't find the air conditioner remote, though, and the unit was at the foot of the bed. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom either.

The staff were friendly, and coffee was provided. I stayed on January 17, 2024, and paid 500฿ for the day. The room was very good, with a comfortable, clean bed and cool air conditioning set to 26 degrees Celsius. The TV was large and clear. There was a place to type, lots of room to hang clothes, and the water pressure was strong with very hot water, so don't turn the heat up too high!

The accommodation feels outdated, and at 500 baht this room definitely isn't worth the price. The mattress is good.
