The owner and her family made us feel very welcome. The upstairs rooms were clean and had what we needed. Downstairs guests can use a shared fridge, kettle, cutlery, and plates, plus there’s free tea and coffee. It’s tucked away on a quiet back street behind the 7-11 and local restaurants, yet Phimai Historical Park and the busy afternoon market are both about a two-minute walk away. I’d happily recommend this guesthouse.

The lady was kind and friendly, and the internet worked well in our room. We had dinner at one of the tables and chairs by the entrance. Downstairs there were cups, glasses, plates, bowls, cutlery, a kettle, and tea and coffee. The room was clean, quiet, and a decent size. The shower had enough hot water and okay pressure, and soap, shampoo, and toilet paper were supplied. The guesthouse is near the clock tower where we got off the bus from Nakhon Ratchasima, though it took a little effort to find.

The owner speaks English well and offers to pick tourists up from the bus station or help them out, without trying to persuade them to stay at her guesthouse. The rooms are small, but have a bathroom and air-conditioning. Bikes are free to borrow, and the coffee and tea are free too.

The room was on the small side, but it had everything I needed. What really made this a great place was the manager, whose English and local knowledge were fantastic. She went out of her way to make guests feel welcome.

The host was great and the shower was good. This is the best location in Phimai, number one for us. The balcony room is small, but it worked fine since we were out every day.
