It’s a bit of a walk from the city, though they provide bikes that make exploring easy. Khun Apple deserves special thanks for the delicious breakfasts, and Khun Boy was a great host. I stayed for my first four nights in Phitsanulok and was glad I picked this boutique hotel. The atmosphere was warm, and the staff made me feel at home. The design is distinctive, mixing traditional fittings with modern appliances for comfort, with lovely details like the Thai silk beddings.

We enjoyed wandering around the old palace grounds and riverside area of Phitsanulok. We stayed in late August 2025 and loved the heritage, charm, and atmosphere. The place is small and feels very private upstairs, with only four rooms on the first floor. The old world Thai timber panelling makes it feel cocooned, while the comforts are modern. We’ll be back.

It’s a four-room Thai style teak guesthouse on a quiet Soi behind the Chan Royal Palace. The stay was really enjoyable, with excellent service. I’d highly recommend it if you want a laid back, home type experience.

The building and room are beautiful, with lovely finishes, and we had very nice hospitality throughout our stay, the best we experienced on our Thailand trip. It’s in a quiet place away from traffic. Special thanks to the security and staff for making the stay memorable. Would recommend.
