I expected better comfort and cleanliness for what I paid. The rooms were dusty and untidy, and it seemed housekeeping hadn't given them proper attention. The road and the open parking opposite brought traffic noise all night, while the nearby mosque's calls to prayer disturbed the early morning. I had a hard time getting any restful sleep. The parking was close by, which was convenient, but that didn't make up for the noise. The poor room condition and the sound from both the road and mosque made the stay unpleasant. Management needs to address these problems. I wouldn't recommend this building to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay.

The property is a classic four-storey place with modest prices, and there isn't an elevator. Getting to the trains and other services is easy, just a short walk away. It may not offer full service, but the staff were attentive and very helpful. The renovated Superior rooms on the top floor are a good option, and upgrading to one costs only half a dollar.

At 320 baht for a night, I can't complain too much. I liked having a room entrance from outside, so I didn't need to pass through reception, and breakfast was free in the morning. Still, the toilet had a strong drainage smell, and traffic noise came through because the hotel is in a busy area.

I've stayed here a few times. It's good value in a convenient location, and check-in is easy. The staff are friendly, and they put out coffee and a few snacks in the morning.

Right in Phitsanulok city, this is a nice budget hotel with roomy rooms, plenty of parking and a 24-hour reception. The staff are very friendly. The design feels a little dated, and although the bedding was clean, it looked quite worn.
