The Harmony Ville

We had breakfast included, and it was a simple plate: toast, ham, a fried egg, sausage, tomato, a little lettuce, and butter or jam. Tea, coffee, and Milo were self-service from a thermos of hot water. It was okay, though it could be better. I liked not having to go out early when I wanted to sleep longer; a buffet here could be great. The location worked well for us, with great food right next to the hotel: sushi for 5-10 baht a piece, Thai dishes, and smoothies you can mix yourself. You can also order plenty of reasonably priced food to your room. The staff are friendly, and the room service runs daily, though we didn't need it during our two-night stay. The hotel looks new or renovated, and it was really quiet. Best of all, no cockroaches! Our room smelled lovely, like flowers, when we arrived. It was clean and nicely prepared, and each day we got fresh water, shower gel, shampoo, toiletries, toilet paper, and soft, clean towels. The AC worked perfectly and had no bad smell. There was lots of lighting, even inside the wardrobe, plus a socket right beside the bedside table. The balcony is narrow but long, with no seating. Two little chairs out there would be a nice addition. I slept well, although the mattress may feel a bit hard to some people. The cotton pillows and bedding were very comfortable, and being feather-free was ideal for my allergy. There's a comfortable two-seat sofa, but only one chair in a room for two, despite the long desk and plenty of space. A second chair would be useful. That's a small suggestion, not a complaint about the staff, who clearly work hard. The TV has no YouTube or Netflix, but we didn't need those. We watched some National Geographic documentaries in Thai before bed, which was nice for nature lovers even though we couldn't understand them. The room was comfortable, and I'd stay again if I return to Phitsanulok. Thanks for the cozy accommodation.
