Yodia Heritage Hotel Phitsanulok

I've stayed at a few places in phitsanuluk, and this one is my favourite. The room was lovely and had a nice balcony. Check-in was seamless, with smiles that made us feel welcome. My wife wanted to change rooms during the night, and the staff handled it kindly without any trouble. Great location. Breakfast is a set menu, but they let you choose from lots of options. The two women serving breakfast were kind and welcoming too. I'll stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good. It's a great boutique hotel with clean rooms that are laid out well and a comfortable bed. The only letdown was that there was no hot water in the shower.

For cleanliness, welcoming staff, and being close to downtown, this is one of the best hotels in Phitsanulok city. I've tried many other places here, and none came close to Yodia Heritage Boutique Hotel for quality. It's a bit pricier than I think it should be, but with the other hotel options in town, I think it's worth it. Check-in is always simple since the receptionist speaks decent English. They greet you with tea and fruit, which I really appreciate. The room has a thoughtful amenities layout, with a lit candle by the bathtub. Breakfast is okay, with Western and Thai choices. The restaurant itself is beautifully arranged and would be a nice place for a date or celebration. I had noisy air conditioner problems in two different rooms, so they may need more frequent maintenance. One was bearable and I slept through it. The other made a loud screeching sound repeatedly, so I asked reception to move me. I'd also suggest sealing the gaps in the sliding patio doors to keep pests out. I had a friendly gecko in my room that kept me company, though other guests might not enjoy that. I recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Phitsanulok city.

We stayed at Yodia Hotel on the first night of our tour in northern Thailand. It's in a quiet spot beside the Nan river, and has a boutique feel, a small reception area, and kind staff. The rooms and bathrooms were decorated really nicely. There's a small pool, but we didn't use it because it was quite cold. Breakfast came as a set menu and was pretty good.
