At night, barking dogs are all around, and I couldn't rest. The sound, along with the insects, poor hygiene and strange smell from the toilet sewer, made the stay unpleasant. There are ants and geckos too. The woman who speaks German has a bad attitude towards foreigners, and it feels weird seeing foreign men sitting in the lobby every day, looking down on guests. They should be husband and wife. If you're thinking of staying here for a long time, consider carefully, since the water quality is very poor and could affect your health. There are better options in this town. Stay here if you don't want a break!

It was quiet, and I slept well, so an extra star. The room felt a little tired, but the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was just okay and everything worked, though the shower curtain wasn't pleasant. The AC worked but was noisy. Breakfast was provided and good for Thai tastes, but little appealed to this Farang. The price seemed okay to me, though my wife thought it was a bit high.

I couldn't sleep until dawn. Wild dogs outside the window barked like wolves, I could hear the person in the next room coughing through the poor sound insulation, and the air conditioner was as loud as a tractor. The water was black like mud, so I turned on the tap three times before daring to use it, and I didn't dare shower. I paid for a filter shower head, but it clogged after two uses. The service attitude was the most disgusting part. The boss was indifferent, and there was no hot water. The water heater wasn't replaced until a week later. Their talk about "Customers are God" is just a lie.

Rooms are clean and functional, there’s ample parking, and the staff are delightful. This is the best hotel in Phon and it’s run well. Breakfast has a mediocre selection, though what’s on offer is very tasty. All in all, a positive stay.
