👎👎👎 The homeowner was the worst I’ve ever dealt with. There’s a lot to say, but the short version would be just one word: “…” At 10:30 AM on our arrival day, we were told the beachfront house we’d booked was being renovated and wasn’t available. They offered another house they described as better and more expensive, but it wasn’t beachfront and they wanted the same price. With 18 of us already in Pattaya and nowhere else to go, we reluctantly accepted. The listing said an extra 500 THB per person, but when we arrived they demanded 1000 THB each. They said breakfast would be provided as compensation. By morning, though, they told us to eat at their own hotel, and it was too late because we’d already gone elsewhere. The BBQ grill was rusty and unusable, and the water pressure in some rooms was so low that showering was impossible. Our 10,000 THB deposit was meant to be returned by 2 PM. It wasn’t, and we had to keep calling to get it back, even though we’d inspected the house and found no problems. Thank you to Pui for coordinating and managing everything. I had to take responsibility on behalf of the homeowner, lower the price until I earned no commission, and still handle all these problems. 🙏🏻

The house is beautiful and fully furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen and charcoal grill. The pool is large, lovely and spacious, and there’s parking for three or four cars, though any more makes it cramped. Cleanliness could be better. The storage room, or maid’s room, was untidy, with clothes hanging on a rack as if someone had been using it. It was very tidy. The house should have been cleaner during the COVID-19 lockdown.

There are lots of rooms in this quite spacious house, and the air conditioning gets very cool. The service was excellent and the owner very attentive. I was very impressed and will definitely use their services again next time.

A fun place to stay, and the rooms are nice. There aren’t any houses close by, so you can make plenty of noise.
