Namtong Hotel

I wasn’t impressed and wouldn’t recommend it. The room door lock didn’t feel secure, and guests were noisy late at night. They require a deposit when you check in, but returning it at checkout took 20 minutes. That’s an inefficient process and not very customer-focused.

It’s a cute, minimal Japanese-style hotel, and there’s an EV charging station. The rooms are pretty, and the beds were clean and comfortable. I also noticed the pet-friendly areas, so it seems a good fit if you’re traveling with a pet. The location is among the tourist attractions, which makes it convenient to drive around. Staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks, hope to see you again on my next visit. :D

My husband and I were just passing through when we came across this really cute Totoro-themed hotel in Phrae. It’s a fun spot for photo ops 😍. The place felt warm and inviting, and our room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, too. There’s a washer and dryer on site, and the location is convenient. It also feels very eco-friendly. I’d recommend it to everyone, 10/10. Thanks for having us.

There’s a gift shop, vending machines, and coin laundry on site. Kinnotel seems to have been recently renovated, and the Japanese motifs look great in photos. My wife and I stayed for a night while exploring Phrae after Chiang Mai, which is only two hours away by car. The central location made the rest of the city easy to get around by car or bike. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the northern cities.
