The location is good and quiet, but I had a very bad experience and don't recommend staying here. The bed was so hard I couldn't sleep. The room wasn't clean, the shower was tiny, and the hot water was barely warm. The elevator only stops at a half floor. After I checked in, a staff member asked for my room number, apparently thinking it might help with my luggage, but it didn't help at all. I won't come back, and I didn't even want to take pictures.

Breakfast had lots of choices and was delicious, and my room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and ready to help, so I felt welcome as soon as I arrived. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phrae.

The hotel has a nice dining room and reception area, with parking out front. For the price, which included breakfast, it was perfectly good. The bed was big and the interior okay, though the toilet was small and the shower even smaller. There are two lifts, but they stop between floors, so you usually have to go down a few steps and then up again.

After checking out yesterday, I realized I'd lost around 1000 baht. I searched for it myself but couldn't find it. That evening the hotel contacted my tour guide to say they'd found the money and would return it to me through them. 1000 baht may not be much, but I'm truly grateful to everyone at the hotel for helping find it.
