The room was already tilted, and the sink barely had any water pressure. They charged 850thb, but there was no bottled water or breakfast. In the morning, a noisy crew gathered behind my room and started drilling and sowing at 7 while I was trying to sleep. I went outside. The workers apologized, though they weren't at fault. The staff ran off, and the manager never said sorry. Before that, a rude tour guide had woken everyone by knocking on doors and stomping along the raised walkway with his group. The wooden place had no management at all, and they used odor spray to kill mosquitoes. This was the worst experience I've had in 15yrs in Thailand Cambodia Laos. Why can't I give zero stars? They already let their cute kids waterpark die, so please let the resort pretense die soon too 🙏

I stayed on 22 Oct 2015 and rented a house, booking the whole resort since we were the only group there. From 10 pm until morning, no water came through, including in the shared bathroom. I asked them to fix it, but they were very slow to respond the next day. I had to use the bathroom at the 7-Eleven outside. All they offered was an apology.

We had booked the large suite through our Agoda VIP account, but when we arrived at 6:40 PM, there was nobody at reception. Another couple had already been waiting 20 minutes. We finally reached someone by phone around 7, and they brought us a key for the wrong room. The welcome drink they promised never appeared, and check-in was a mess. Then they gave us a key to a second room that was even worse. We said we'd booked the suite, but its broken door made it inaccessible. It felt like that room or nothing. The room smelled musty, the TV was broken, the shower head wouldn't stay upright, and there was no toilet paper. The door also had to be patched because there was a huge gap under it. At least the mattress was good quality and we slept well. When we left, they rubbed it in: our booking included breakfast, but there wasn't any. This place is a disaster.

My own detached cabin had a balcony right over the water, and the place was gorgeous. As soon as I arrived, I took a deep breath and went, "Yeeeees!"
