The rooms and much of the property need renovation: bathroom doors, closets, drawers, walkways, railings, and other things need fixing. The rooms also need to be dried out. It could be a nice place if someone put in the money and time to sort it out. We stayed two nights on our trip through northern Thailand, but wouldn’t choose it again. The bed was rock hard, and we couldn’t find a comfortable position to sleep. The room smelled musty and moldy, so we kept the windows open most of the time, with little improvement. Breakfast was lukewarm instant coffee or tea and jelly toast.

The rooftop deck is nice, and the location is okay, though the road outside is quite busy. Still, this place hardly seems worth the price. The pool is unusable, and the rooms are only superficially clean. We found hair in the bathroom at check-in. It’s overpriced, and I’m not sure why other reviews are so positive.

The location is outside Nan, so you need your own transport, and the staff don’t speak English. The internet was very poor and unstable. Rooms and breakfast were decent, though there were no eggs. The pool is tiny, unkept, and not really swimmable, more suited to koi fish.

It’s quite and peaceful, though in the middle of nowhere. Lovely resort with a pool, and the room is large, with an en-suite bath and fridge. I was very impressed for 500B. 85%.

Opened in 2018, this new hotel has a unique style. I especially like the rooftop, set up for watching the stars. Definitely recommended.
