We were lucky to get a room right in front of the pool, and we loved the clean water and the temple in the pool. There’s shade over the pool during the day, handy when the sun is “burning” the beach. It’s actually the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in, and the room was nice too. Just be aware there’s no lift.

The restaurant was convenient, with delicious food at reasonable prices. We also found the rooms spacious, comfortable, spotless, and cozy, and especially liked having a balcony. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always making sure things were taken care of. The pool was another highlight, clean and well maintained, with plenty of loungers around it. Kata Poolside Resort is a short walk from Kata Beach, shops, and restaurants, yet still feels peaceful. The service, rooms, and location all exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kata Beach.

It’s just a 2-minute walk to the beach, and the location is awesome. Breakfast could be better. It would also be a nice gesture to let guests pack some food from the buffet when checking out to catch a flight.

Dinner was great, and we had no complaints about the room or service. Our room faced the pool and was perfect. Breakfast could be improved, as I expected more fresh Thai food. Still, we had an enjoyable holiday here.

The pool was large and clean, and the staff were attentive and friendly. We loved our two-week stay in June 2023. The beach was a 5-minute walk away, with plenty of restaurants even closer. Rooms were large and kept clean and tidy, though they are older and a little worn. For the price, it’s great value.
