The staff rescued our trip when another booking fell through. They were so kind and helpful, going out of their way with all sorts of things, even when they didn't have to. That kind of care feels rare, and they deserve the high rating. The rooms were spotless and lovely, decorated in an authentic Thai style that felt far nicer than a soulless luxury resort. Great location too. I can't recommend this place enough. Thanks for everything!

I've stayed here more than once and every visit has been great. Milli, the owner, is warm, caring, and always there when you need her. The rooms are adorable and feel like someone put real love into them. Highly recommend.

Only got to spend one night here, and I was sorry I couldn't stay longer. It feels like an authentic Thai home, with warm people and great service. The neighbourhood is peaceful and laid-back, while still making it easy to get around Phuket. Highly recommend!

Pita was easily the sweetest, funniest and most helpful host I've had on this trip, even though I've met plenty of nice hosts. The rooms are good, the price is fair, and you're between fitness street and bangla road. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Tha is so sweet and makes you feel like family. I felt at home during my four nights in Phuket Town. The bedroom was spacious and beautifully decorated.
