We slept really well, even though the mattress felt quite hard to me. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, and the staff were great. Each day we also got a complimentary drink from the cafe. The place is right in the centre, but it wasn’t noisy, which suited our few nights in Phuket while we explored the old town. I’d happily recommend it.

The owner, or the person running the place, was the best part for us. He went out of his way to help with our luggage and room, then called us a taxi on our last day. He was so friendly and eager to help with everything. The room is right in the centre of the old town and is definitely good value. We also loved all the drinks they made for us, from mocha to their signature drinks. I’d stay here again if I came back.

We liked it so much on the first night of our vacation that we returned later. The rooms we had were larger than the smallest option, and they were clean, quiet, cozy, and nicely decorated. The Old Town location is perfect, and the team were friendly and ready to help. There’s no elevator, but the staff gladly helped us with our bags. Good value for money, and highly recommended.

I paid in full for two nights after booking, and my arrival time had been officially approved. Then someone contacted me on WhatsApp from an unofficial number asking for a passport photo. They made the same demand in the Booking.com chat despite the platform’s clear warnings about sharing sensitive information. When I refused, they threatened to mark my prepaid stay as a “no-show,” which would mean losing my payment. This is a serious security risk and fraudulent behavior. Don’t send this property your personal documents, and avoid it.
