Holiday Inn Resort Phuket by IHG

The breakfast buffet was superb, with delicious food and freshly baked pastries. As Muslims, we really appreciated that the dishes were labelled halal or not, so we had a much bigger spread to enjoy. Prea and the restaurant team kept checking in and greeting us, and gave us tips for places around Phuke. One of the male staff even offered to make me Thai ice tea for breakfast. We loved all the attention and would definitely come back. The service was so friendly, the location fantastic, the rooms lovely, and the amenities for kids were great. I recommend this hotel 110%!

Fefe at the restaurant made breakfast especially enjoyable. She greeted us with a smile, welcomed us warmly and helped us find seating. Her friendly manner and professionalism stood out. The buffet had lots of delicious choices, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. We also had a great room with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool at Holiday Inn Resort Patong.

We spent time at the well-kept pool almost every day, and the pool bar was convenient. The room was spotless and had high-quality amenities. Most of our breakfasts and dinners were at Charm Thai, where the food was consistently good. Fiso, Kaman, Wut and Robert gave outstanding, attentive service and often checked that we were comfortable. We had a truly excellent family vacation here.

This was our third stay at the Holiday Inn in Phuket, and we keep leaving happy. The service has been consistently exceptional across the hotel, with staff who are welcoming, friendly and genuinely caring. We especially loved the breakfast: a rich range of high-quality food, presented beautifully each morning, among the best and most indulgent we’ve had. Oilly in the dining room deserves a special mention for her warmth, attention and positive energy. We’ll keep coming back. Highly recommended.
