The pool was pleasant and refreshing, and it’s an easy walk to the pier and lots of restaurants. Nothing spectacular, but the place was fine, clean, and comfortable.

The room was really big, and the staff were very friendly. It’s well located for getting to Patong beach. There’s also a nice restaurant and bars with live music on Patak road, close to the hotel.

We ended up staying for five weeks, and the price was great too. I’d read earlier reviews and wasn’t sure it could really be that good, but it was. The staff were a lot of fun and felt more like family. They handled the business side efficiently and were also caring, helpful, and understanding about other things. The room was spacious, and when we asked, we got one at the end of the building. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was quiet and worked very well. There was an outside sink on the balcony that we used to wash clothes, though mostly we used the excellent laundry service on site for washing and ironing. I’ve never seen my underpants folded so neatly 😁 We could also rent a car through the hotel. It wasn’t the cheapest option, but it was convenient and acceptable. The building sits back from a busy road, and with the windows shut we could barely hear it. Any noise we did hear came from other guests who didn’t know how to close doors gently or speak quietly. Cafes, bars, massage shops, supermarkets, and restaurants are all an easy walk away. Check out my Google Maps reviews for some of them.

Their own booking system offered better prices and more flexibility than the usual booking platforms. The rooms were spacious, everything was super clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. A bike or car is recommended for getting around.
