We were traveling as a family group of 11 and booked two adjoining rooms. They were very clean and well equipped for a comfortable stay. Each had a king bed in one bedroom, three twin beds in another, and a couch that could be used as a very comfortable extra bed. We felt so welcome, and check-in was easy and convenient even though we arrived in Phuket pretty late. The location is convenient, close to plenty of food options and stores. There was some road noise, but you’re in the city, so what do you expect? The thoughtful touches were lovely too: bread, jam, and bananas for a quick breakfast, which made it easy for the kids to have something as soon as they got up. We’d absolutely recommend it to anyone coming to Phuket.

I stayed at Snoozy Guesthouse with friends, and my bag was stolen while we were out. I only noticed on our last day. The main door was the issue: it couldn’t be properly locked from outside with the key and could only be locked from inside. Once, we came back and found it unlocked. At the time, we thought maybe we’d left it that way. Because of this, I strongly advise guests to keep valuables in locked travel bags and not leave anything expensive outside. Please be extra careful with your belongings.

A cozy little hotel right in the heart of the old town. The people were very kind, and they even handled our laundry from one day to the next.

The staff were really friendly and helped out with anything. The rooms matched the pictures and were super clean, with very comfortable beds. We also found a couple of Cokes and water in the fridge, plus bread and bananas on the table, all free. A very good hotel, highly recommended!
