Grand Mercure Phuket Patong

We spent two full weeks here with our family, and the staff made a real difference. They were warm, professional, attentive, and always smiling. The woman who cleaned our room did an outstanding job, leaving it spotless every single day. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had, with a huge, varied spread that was well organized. The main pool was a 10/10, and the kids' pool with water slides kept the children delighted while we relaxed. We were completely satisfied with our stay and would return without hesitation. I'd wholeheartedly recommend it to families visiting Patong.

We found the location especially handy with our toddler. It's close to major attractions, restaurants, and activities, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful, so getting around was easy. The staff were warm and attentive, helping with requests like heating food and little things we needed at odd hours. Having food available overnight was a big plus, as were the pool specials. The burgers were delicious. Breakfast had a great range, including vegetarian Indian food. We spent lots of family time in the amazing pool, and also used the kids room and the showers beside the spa area. The amenities felt modern and well thought out. The rooms were a little small and the balcony space very limited, but those were minor trade-offs. As a couple traveling with a toddler, we thoroughly enjoyed it and would happily return. Highly recommended for convenience, comfort, and welcoming service.

I became very sick during my stay at Grand Mercure Phuket Patong and was weak and fragile, but the team handled it with compassion and professionalism. They quickly arranged for a doctor to come straight to my villa, Villa 911, which gave me a lot of relief. Sita, Assistant Front Office Manager, went above and beyond by checking on me herself and sending porridge and crackers because she knew I could barely eat. I was deeply grateful for that care. Ploy at Bubbles Restaurant also made our breakfast mornings brighter with her warm welcome and lovely smile. This became much more than a holiday for me. The people here showed that real luxury comes from caring staff, not just beautiful villas and amenities. I'm writing from the Philippines with deep respect and a thankful heart. I'm proud to be an Accor member, and I would absolutely return.
