We loved the location, and the pool was beautiful. The bed was huge, too. We came as a couple with a baby, and everyone was so welcoming, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. The room was comfortable, tidy, and clean. You could tell the team cared about making guests feel looked after. We had a great time and really appreciated the warm hospitality.

The location was good and the stay itself was okay. What surprised me was being told at the counter that only two bottles of water per day were complimentary. Both the booking details and the information booklet in the room just said “complimentary water,” so I wouldn’t have expected such a low daily limit.

I’ve stayed at several hotels in Thailand, and this was the cleanest of them. It’s in a handy spot, a few meters from a 7-Eleven and near restaurants, and there’s hand sanitizer on every floor. Thanks to the staff for their hospitality. I recommend staying here.

The location is hard to beat. The rooms were lovely, very clean, and had massive beds. Tea, coffee, and water were provided, and the staff were really helpful. The infinity pool is small but excellent. I didn’t have breakfast, though it looked good, and lunch there was excellent.

For the price, I was surprised by how nice this hotel was. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were very friendly. Restaurants, shops, and some bars are all within walking distance from this central spot. Great value, and I’d highly recommend it if you’re staying in Phuket Old Town.
