We arrived late in the evening, and the night check-in clerk was so helpful. We were a family of four in the family room. It's a basic hotel, but very clean, and the staff were helpful. The spot is quiet, just outside the main old town, with a supermarket and places to eat nearby.

I liked how peaceful the hotel was, especially around the lovely pool. There aren't any restaurants or bars on site, which worked well for me since I enjoyed heading into Phuket Old Town for dinner and drinks.

The location was great, and the place was quiet overall, though some noise gets through because the building doesn't block sound very well. At 60 USD a day it was very cost effective, and the staff were friendly. The downsides for me were the hard bed and the air conditioning stopping around 8am each day, which woke me up in the heat.
