We found the way this was handled very unprofessional and intimidating, and hope management takes it seriously. The hotel kept our luggage and tried to make us pay for a full extra night over a delay of just a few hours, which felt unreasonable. Housekeeping had already cleaned the room that morning while we were still within our stay, and cleaning is part of the hotel's job, not a reason to charge us for another day. We had meant to book four nights, but a booking system error showed only three. We received no checkout notification or reminder. Checkout was at 12:00, and we were only a few hours late. Nobody contacted us, knocked, or spoke to us in person, even though we were in the reception area around 11:00 AM and staff saw us. Later they said they had called our room, but no one told us directly while we were in the lobby.

A private, quiet spot in one of the best locations. The staff are all very friendly, and the service is good. Breakfast is free.

Rooms were clean, staff were friendly, and both check-in and checkout were quick. They also had complimentary toast and tea for breakfast.
