Navatara Phuket Resort

We had a lovely time here with our 16month old daughter. The kiddy pool was just the right depth for her to play, and the staff were so kind. They even put a pack and play in our spacious room for the baby. Breakfast was delicious, and the woman making coffee remembered my order and had my latte ready when I came in the next day. The people and service were wonderful. There’s also a free shuttle on a schedule to the popular beaches, so we didn’t need to worry about taxis. Very accommodating, and I’d highly recommend staying here.

The staff were so kind to our baby, greeting her with smiles whenever we came through the front office. The place itself was quiet, clean, and comfortable. We caught a shuttle to a local lighthouse for sunset, which was a cool outing. Shuttles also run regularly to several beaches, and one took us close to some amazing, super fresh seafood. Really great stay.

I’d booked two days in Patong, right among the tourist shops and restaurants, but wanted somewhere calmer, so switching to Navatara Phuket Resort for four days turned out to be a great call. Titima greeted me with a smile and a great attitude, then got me into my room quickly. When the laundry service couldn’t finish in time, she found another place that could meet my needs. She also helped me choose an island-hopping tour and was always ready to help with whatever came up. The rest of the staff were friendly too, though I mostly spoke with Titima. A relaxing place to bring the family.

We had a really nice four nights here. The pool is lovely, and there’s a gym as well. Our room had a kettle, fridge, and TV, all useful, and there’s a 7/11 next door for supplies. The seafront is about a five-minute walk downhill, with lots of places to eat and drink; walk a little farther and you reach the fish market and bigger supermarkets. There are plenty of boats offering trips, too. Breakfast was good, self-service, with eggs cooked to order and nice coffee. You can get smoothies and snacks during the day. Staff were helpful, and yoga and massages are available nearby. I’d come back and book a swim-up room by the pool.
