The reception team deserves a special thanks. They were caring, attentive, and so helpful, even when travel plans put us in stressful moments. They made everything easy, and their kindness and professionalism helped make our stay smooth and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well designed, and the food was delicious. Breakfast was a particular highlight, with plenty of quality choices. Everyone at Novotel was friendly and welcoming. We had a wonderful time and would gladly stay again.

P’ Rong, Nui, and Chef Beer made this a memorable visit. The drinks were delicious, nicely balanced, and beautifully presented, and you could taste the care behind every glass. Service was warm, attentive, and friendly from the moment I arrived until I left. I felt welcome and looked after the whole time. Chef Beer’s skill and the team’s professionalism really stood out. I’d recommend this place for great drinks and service, and I’ll definitely be back.

Dinner at Estrela Restaurant was a highlight for the whole family, from the elders to the children. We watched the sunset from the rooftop as it cast Phuket’s panoramic view in a deep crimson glow, and the steak was flawless. Jojoe, Bomb, and the rest of the staff were warmly welcoming. Our room was generally clean and in good condition, though there were a couple of staff mistakes. We told housekeeping in the morning that we’d be staying in the room and asked them to come back in the afternoon, but the afternoon staff member hadn’t been told. A small part of a pair of pants was also damaged during laundry. It was upsetting to see, but we took it as an honest mistake. The staff were genuinely kind and sincere, which made the issues easier to overlook.

My deluxe king room was quite spacious, though it was right across from the lift. It didn’t bother me, but if you don’t have earplugs, you may want to avoid that section. The pool is shaded in the morning, which was a shame since I’d hoped to sunbathe before checking out. Still, I had a great swim in the warm water and relaxed on one of the fancy sun lounges. The staff were lovely, the hotel was clean pretty much everywhere, and the service was great. Breakfast had a good range of food and drinks too. I had such a good time that I wished I’d stayed longer. I’d book here again.
