Orchidacea Resort

We visited Orchidacea Resort in early December, and the room view was the main thing we wanted. It was great. The room was clean, there were enough towels, and even bathrobes. The pool was cleaned daily, with enough sun loungers and umbrellas. Breakfast had plenty of variety, lots of fruit, two kinds of soup, and different meat dishes. We also ordered lunch boxes several times through the hotel’s WhatsApp guest service. They arrived on time, fresh, tasty, and in generous portions. Any requests or problems were dealt with immediately. The reception staff were my favorite, so nice and pleasant. We liked the hotel very much and recommend it. We’ll definitely come back, and stay here again.

My Daughter and I stayed for 6 nights and loved every minute. The staff were amazing, and the location was ideal. There are steps up to reception and the rooms, but they can take you to your room in a vehicle. A free shuttle runs to and from the beaches, though we didn’t use it because we like walking and discovering the area. We had a Thai massage at the hotel, which was just what we needed. It was a little different from massages in the UK, but it did the trick, and I’d go back for another. There’s a lovely outdoor pool, plus a play area and pool table under cover. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

We really appreciated the lovely views and the excellent care here, and the hotel was so clean that we chose to eat there several times. There’s no elevator, so reaching the top means climbing quite a lot of stairs. A small car can take you and your luggage up when you don’t want to climb. The staff were unbelievably helpful. When my husband became sick around 2am, they found a doctor who could visit our room. They also have WhatsApp, which lets you contact them for whatever you need. I’d definitely come back.

The view was great, the room was clean, and breakfast was fine. For the money, it’s the best value. As others have mentioned, getting to your room means taking the stairs. I felt uncomfortable watching older Russian ladies climb them. The guests seemed to be about 80% Russian or Western, and 10-15% Chinese or Asian.
