OUTRIGGER Surin Beach Resort Hotel

We ended up extending our stay by two more days because the room was so beautiful, cozy, and thoughtfully designed for guests’ comfort. The breakfasts were delicious, with a huge choice of dishes and fruit, all fresh. I loved that breakfast ran until 11 AM instead of 10 AM like at many hotels, so we could sleep in a little. Just a tip: if you arrive after 10:30, some popular dishes may already be gone. The man who helps guests cross the road to the beach was unforgettable. I never caught his name, but every day he stopped traffic so people could cross safely, greeting us with a big smile, jokes, and such positive energy. He brightened our days and made the hotel feel warm. From the moment we arrived, the staff showed so much care and kindness. Everyone was attentive and ready to help. The pools were fantastic, the gym was great, and the atmosphere felt peaceful, luxurious, and welcoming. We fell in love with the hotel and will definitely come back. I can wholeheartedly recommend it.

We had an amazing honeymoon at Outrigger Surin and enjoyed every moment. Before arrival, we told the team about a serious accident I’d had. We were scared, but their warm care helped me feel much safer and looked after throughout the stay. Special thanks to Guide, who contacted a nearby clinic in advance and offered us a free drive. The whole team was attentive, friendly, and professional, and made our bittersweet honeymoon more enjoyable. We’re already planning to return. There’s free yoga and core workouts, affordable and very professional massage, and a great breakfast. Don’t miss eating out at Nalu Bar and Grill. The chefs are super professional.

What stood out most was the hotel staff. Their kindness, service, and attitude toward guests were second to none. The food was great too, from breakfast to the a la carte lunch and dinner menu. The Outrigger in Surin beach is right in front of the beach, with some very nice restaurants and bars within walking distance. I really enjoyed my stay and hope to come back soon. Thank you!

The staff are what make this place special. Golf greeted us with a smile, explained everything clearly, and made sure we had what we needed. Atips was professional, patient, and kind while helping with my luggage. Everyone spoke excellent English and was happy to help. Our stay at Outrigger was amazing, even better than the photos.
