Ann was especially lovely with our baby, and her kindness made the holiday feel special. The rest of the team were welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly too. Our room was spotless and spacious, with a nice balcony, and the baby cot was there just as we’d requested. There’s plenty for families here: a shaded kids’ pool, highchairs at meals, and a playroom our little one really enjoyed. The food was delicious, and we had a wonderful stay.

We found the location convenient, and both check-in and checkout were quick and easy. Staff were polite, friendly, and happy to help with questions or requests. Our room was roomy, clean, and well cared for, with housekeeping keeping it fresh each day. It was a comfortable, pleasant stay, and I’d happily come back or recommend the hotel to someone looking for a relaxing visit.

The breakfast had a decent range, including rice dishes, fresh fruit and fruit salads, eggs and noodles cooked to order, plus a few desserts. The pool is small and gets crowded, and the gym has only a few machines. On my first night, noise from the neighboring room kept me from sleeping well. The manager handled it professionally the next day and moved me promptly to a quieter room, which made a big difference. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I liked having a small balcony, though the view was mostly of staff on their breaks. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Bangla Road, close to shops and restaurants but in a quieter spot. Despite that first-night problem, I enjoyed my stay at Ramada Hotel and was impressed by the staff. It’s a comfortable option in Phuket.

We booked three Junior Suites for our group. They were large, though they didn’t feel luxurious, and the hotel overall is more like a practical business hotel than a resort. Its location is the big plus: Parong Beach is about 1 km away, or a 7-8 minute tuk tuk ride. The breakfast was so-so, with around four Indian dishes, while the eggs and fruit were good. The pool is on the small side. Orientala spa was good, with 20% off and prices starting at about 600 bhat. Staff were proactive. At reception, the manager was initially rather rude when I asked for the wheelchair for my senior citizen mother that I’d clearly requested before booking, but eventually arranged it. I got a good deal on GoIbibo for all three rooms, better than booking direct. There’s a good Turkish restaurant across the main road, worth trying. Overall we had a very good stay thanks to the location and suite size.
