I left before even putting my bag in the room. The bathroom had mould, the shower only went from cold to warm, and the receptionist tried to sell me a more expensive room. I couldn't get the key to open the hotel door, and the receptionist had FW, so I couldn't get in by myself. Getting there had already been a mess. I spent two hours searching because the Expedia Google Maps directions link was wrong. I ended up at another hotel with the same name and owner, and he reluctantly arranged a taxi to take me to the correct one. I walked down the street afterward and found a much nicer hotel with a working room key and hot shower. Skip this place. The owner has several hotels, but this run-down, dirty one looks like he doesn't spend a cent on it. -- J

We spent five days here as tourists from Malaysia. The room was huge, and the place was comfortable for a suitable tourist price. Miss Tim at reception was kind and very helpful, and seemed to be the only person who understood English. Thanks to her for all the assistance and information. I had a great stay and will definitely come back next time.

We picked this place because it was inexpensive for a one-night stop between the airport and our trip to koh Phi Phi the next day. Nothing was terribly wrong, but compared with the other places we've stayed, it wasn't as nice. The bed wasn't very cosy, and it felt like we got what we paid for.

The room felt really old, with outdated facilities, and the service was too cheap. We checked out in the morning before heading to phi phi island and asked if they could keep our bags until evening. They wouldn't even put them behind the reception counter. Such a terrible experience 😭😭😭😭
