Thavorn Palm Beach Resort Phuket

Our interconnecting room was spacious, with a balcony looking over the pool and beach. The gardens and facilities were exceptional, and the pool bars had a great vibe, with music playing while they made cocktails. Everyone was helpful, especially Eddie, who kept checking that we were happy and had what we needed. Thanks to everyone at Thavorn, and especially Eddie, for making our time here so memorable. We'll definitely be back.

We stayed in a spacious, beautifully designed villa that was very clean, peaceful, and had stunning views. Breakfast offered plenty of excellent options, and the dining overall exceeded our expectations. The location is quiet and suited to a relaxing break, while nearby beaches and Phuket attractions are still convenient to reach. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. A special thanks to beautiful Jessy～. The Pavilions Phuket gave us a wonderful mix of privacy, luxury, and relaxation. We'd love to return, and would recommend it for couples or anyone after a memorable, luxurious stay.

We realized after getting back to India that we'd left our phone in the van arranged by the hotel. The team coordinated efficiently after we contacted them and helped recover it without hassle. During the stay, our 3-year-old daughter accidentally locked herself in the washroom, and staff were at our room within a minute with the keys. That quick help was reassuring. Thavorn Palm Beach Resort was well placed, with lovely surroundings for a family holiday. The food had good variety and quality, and service was consistently warm and prompt. The hospitality and location made the stay memorable. We'd definitely recommend it to families looking for a comfortable, well-managed stay in Phuket.
