The downstairs rooms have a veranda with a CCTV camera, which felt like a slight loss of privacy. It took us a while to notice it. Reception closes at 9 PM, so check in before then. Apart from that, we really enjoyed the stay. The room and bathroom were spacious, with all the basic amenities, and the place is right in the heart of Old Town. Everything, including a 7-Eleven, was walkable. The staff were friendly and gave us coupons for the nearby café, a nice touch. Great value for the comfort and location, and we'd recommend it.

There were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and it was easy to explore Phuket Old Town from this convenient location. The room was a reasonable size for two and generally comfortable. At night and early in the morning, though, noise from upstairs guests dragging chairs and walking around was bothersome. Staff were okay.

For the price and location, this is a great little hotel. It was very clean, quiet, and felt safe, and we enjoyed the pool. There's no food at the hotel, but lots of choices nearby. As a solo female traveller, I'd recommend it and would stay again. I've stayed in many four- and five-star hotels in Thailand, and this place was just as good.

A lovely, clean and quiet hotel with nice rooms, a pool, and parking right in the center of old town. Restaurants and coffee shops are all an easy walk away.
