Duangjitt Resort & Spa

We had a clean, comfortable room, lovely pools, and a calm tropical feel throughout the resort. The whole stay was one of our best holidays. The reception team made it especially memorable. Som-oh, Cher, A-new, Jeena, and Eve were warm, always smiling, and quick to help with anything we needed. They made us feel welcome and looked after. We'll definitely come back, and I especially recommend it for that wonderful reception team.

Cher and A-new were so kind and patient, and they helped make our stay comfortable. They also upgraded our room, which we really appreciated. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this place to anyone travelling to Phuket.

The noodle soup from the live cooking station was fantastic, as were the stir-fried noodles. Breakfast was good for a four-star hotel, with lots of local dishes and soups, though the selection wasn't huge and there could have been more marmalades. The room was okay and a bit dated, but the maids cleaned it every day. The gardens were lovely, the pool was clean, and the female receptionists were polite and helpful. Room service cleaning was good too. Food was fine, but drinks weren't. The smoothies had no fresh fruit, and the cocktails tasted like water with just a little flavour.

I really enjoyed my ten days here. The location worked well, about a five-minute walk to the beach and fifteen minutes to the main mall. Staff were friendly and helpful, and everyone we spoke with spoke English. The main pool was spectacular, with shallow water at just 10 cm and a deep end of 150 cm, so it suited kids and adults, swimmers and non-swimmers alike. Breakfast was awesome, with so many choices it was hard not to overeat.
