Leelawadee Naka Hotel

We had a peaceful view from our room, and the whole property was very clean, including the bathroom and shared areas. Staff were consistently friendly and attentive, and went out of their way to help. The environment was lovely, and the stay exceeded our expectations. We'd definitely choose the hotel again next time.

The hotel is clean and well maintained, but the way people are treated is abysmal. They cancel your Booking reservation and still charge the higher price. They take a deposit and don't return it, always finding some reason, like a stain or checking out a few minutes late. The location is far from everything apart from the market, with beaches 30-60 minutes away. Don't give these people money, there are much better places elsewhere. I'll report them to Booking.

Our top floor room had plenty of space and a balcony, and the apart/hotel complex was really nice. The location worked for us, though others might find it less convenient. It's a 40 min walk to Phuket old town or a 5 min taxi, with 7/11 and the weekend market within a 2 min walk. We wanted to rent scooters and asked the hotel for help, but they only gave us a phone number. We didn't have a Thai phone to call the company. Would recommend!

For 700 baht a night, this hotel is perfectly fine and recommendable. There's no breakfast, but the rooms and the whole hotel are very clean. The staff work hard, and rooms are cleaned regularly and thoroughly. Towels get changed daily. If you leave the cleaning staff 100 bath from time to time, they seem very happy about it, though the room was always clean anyway.
