The beach is close and the location has real potential, but I wouldn't stay more than one night, especially before a flight. There was noise and light outside all night. Inside, we found mosquitoes and even cockroaches, along with mold on the walls and dirty cushions and sheets. The towels were damaged, the bed was very hard, and there was barely any hot water. A pity, because with better cleaning and maintenance this could be a great place to stay.

Bright, airy cabins in a lovely quiet area. The beach is a 10-minute walk, and Phuket Airport is just over two kilometres away. There's a very good restaurant at the resort entrance and a mini mart next door. Excellent value for money, and a great option for singles, couples, or families. Highly recommended.

Cockroaches in the room made the stay unbearable, and I left at 5am. The place needed a serious refurbishment: the room was old and worn, with single-glazed windows beside a busy road, so traffic kept me up all night. I contacted Nayang Boutique Resort afterwards, but never got a response or apology. Very disappointing, and not what I expected from somewhere calling itself a “boutique resort.”

The restaurant food was very good, and the same people handled reception and restaurant service without any problem. Staff were friendly and helpful. The garden was nice too, and the location is convenient, 300m from the beach and a 10-minute drive from the airport.

A great experience, with really friendly, helpful people. The beach is close, but the hotel is far enough away that you can leave the sand behind.
