Naiyang Park Resort (sha Plus+)

The pool was lovely, and the cocktails were great. Our room was big, with a huge modern bathroom, and they cleaned it without us even asking. Everything felt super clean, and the people were really friendly. Definitely recommend for a chill stay after landing or before heading home.

I liked the quieter setting, since I didn't want to be close to Phuket. There was a local market nearby with street food, as well as a beautiful temple. I also got a Phuket activity pamphlet here and found the agency that took me to Phi Phi Islands! The airport pickup and drop-off included in the price was a big plus. I arrived before check-in, asked if I could use the pool, and they said yes and gave me a towel. My Thai massage was very nicely done, and the service was great. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was just right, and the bathrobes and slippers in the closet were lovely. Thank you, I'll definitely be back.

The gardens are beautiful, and the setting has a great jungle feel. The bed was comfy, and for the price the slightly tired rooms are still good value. Breakfast was very average, and poor compared with other places in Thailand. Service didn't feel especially warm or friendly, particularly at breakfast.

The resort is only five minutes from the airport and offers free transport there. It was a good base for some of Phuket's nicest beaches, around 10-15 minutes away. The beach right in front of the resort was nice too and not overcrowded. We were happy with our stay, though the facilities could use some updates and the shared areas, like the toilets, could be cleaner.
