The place was filthy and messy, with bugs on the walls, and we were given a different room from the one we booked. When we arrived, nobody was at reception because the guy was asleep. Ten minutes after paying, we booked another hotel, The Hub, and moved there. It cost us time and money for both this hotel and Grab. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, and the high ratings seem very suspicious.

It’s out among fields, with nothing else nearby, but it’s conveniently placed on the highway between the airport and Surat Thani town, and the road wasn’t too noisy. The family are lovely and speak good English. One of the owners picked me up at the airport and arranged a minivan to come right to the hotel to take me to Khao Sok. They made sure I got the room I wanted and carried my luggage up three flights. Their bar is well stocked, and they’ll let you mix your own drink or pour it for you and join you. They adapted their usual breakfast menu without any trouble, and it was nice to have a fridge in the room. I appreciated getting help with all my transportation without extra charges.

We were staying at the hotel next door, but chose to have dinner at Innkhunhouse. The food was good, and we met the owner, who was very hospitable and nice. He offered a better price and was happy to drive us to the airport very early in the morning for a good rate. Highly recommend.

The owners were lovely, the service was great, and the food was good. We got a free ride to the airport, and the value was excellent. If you need an inexpensive, clean, and safe place near the airport, I highly recommend it.

The place is simple, but clean and near the airport. The owners were absolute stars: they picked us up and arranged our onward trip to Koh Samui the next day. The food was very good, and everything was reasonably priced.
