We liked the room itself: it was modern, roomy, comfortable, and looked over the peaceful courtyard pool. But the service made the stay difficult. When we asked basic things about the hotel or the city, we got annoyed responses and felt judged for asking about tours or transport. That unwelcoming, sometimes disrespectful attitude affected the start of our trip and the stay as a whole. The amenities are decent, but the experience needs more warmth from the people there. The hotel is also on the edge of the city center. Getting to the market or temples means driving and dealing with parking, or walking for over 30 minutes, so it isn't very convenient.

It's a new, clean hotel, which is a plus. The pool water is so cold that nobody seems to swim in it. The reception and staff friendliness could also improve. For instance, coffee prices are posted by the hotel entrance, but nobody tells you about them.

The layout of the hotel is really nice, and the rooms feel new and pleasant, with lots of room to store your luggage. Service has improved a lot since my last visit. Highly recommend 😃

It's a quiet place with a pool, just two floors, and it's right beside Makro Supermarket. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and I slept comfortably. Good for a trip or an overnight stay.

The poolside room was quite spacious, and it felt new, modern, clean, and comfortable. Just be prepared to hear noise from the pool if you stay there. There's not much service offered, but for this kind of hotel that seemed fine.
