We only stayed one night on the way to Krabi, and it was okay as a stopover. The staff were pleasant and helpful. When our air conditioning wasn't working properly, they offered us another room, which was great. Breakfast was plentiful, with cooking stations and very good food. The garden was nice too. We were in a bungalow. The room was okay, but the property needs proper refurbishment. The shower had no pressure, and the only usable small handle was attached to the water boiler. The main shower head only gave cold water. There isn't really a beach because of the tides and rocks. Outside the hotel there were lots of stray dogs, but the gate is closed so they can't get in. The pool was okay, though the loungers were in very bad shape, with ripped, stained cushions. There were only a few, maybe six or seven, and when our group of 20-plus arrived, some of us had to share. The place works for a one-night stay while travelling, but the worn loungers were an unpleasant part of the experience.

The staff were great, and breakfast was okay, but the hotel felt very dated, like something that might have appealed to people 20-30 years ago. All the sockets were two-pin, so we couldn't use appliances with the standard Thai 3-pin plug. The price seemed a bit high for what we got. My wife and I stayed two nights during a road trip in South Thailand, and I don't think we'd stay here again.

The staff are lovely, and the restaurant serves decent food in huge portions. There's a big free parking lot and Balinese style gardens. The place is showing its age, but it was pleasant enough for a few days. It works okay as a base for visiting other places, and a night seafood market is nearby. There isn't much of a beach, and the sea looked uninviting. Accessibility is limited. There are a couple of ramps into reception, but they're hard to manage if you have mobility issues. The hotel is only 3 floors high, so it isn't required to have a lift.

The bungalows by the beach are very nice, and the location is relaxing. Staff were good and management responsive. The rooms are a little dated, but clean and nice. A good experience.

After they changed the sheets, the new ones had bloodstains!!!!! The restaurant isn't good at all either. The night we were there, there was no papaya salad and no hamburger.....mai dii/chai
