Absolutely class! This place has options for budget-conscious travelers like me, so I could enjoy everything it has to offer. I stayed one night in a budget room, and that's exactly what it was, a budget room, though at the upper end of similar places I've tried. The place itself is absolutely stunning 😍. If money isn't a concern and you want to stay poolside, I'd highly recommend it. And it's not like you'll break the bank 🏦.

We picked this place for a long bike trip because it had a pool and a nice view. The self check-in was confusing: we didn't know which room was ours, so we went around looking at every room before asking and finding out. We didn't have a Thai number for part of the stay, which made checking in on our own difficult. Knowing your room number before arrival would help. The pool is on the shady side, so the water was clean but cold even around noon. The room hygiene didn't match the photos or nice reviews, and for the price I didn't think it was clean enough. I'm sharing what I saw in hopes it'll help others choose. That said, the bed was the most comfortable one we had in Thailand, with a mattress that wasn't hard and several pillows. Breakfast was one of the nicest things here, and the view was good too.

Fon and her husband made sure we were comfortable in this quiet part of town. The room was spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and the bed was comfortable. When we mentioned that we were checking out at 6am, Fon offered to prepare breakfast herself and pack it up for us the night before. That kindness really moved us. We stayed at 11 hotels, mostly five-star, over 17 days of driving around Thailand, and HOMU Villa was the best host of them all. Thank you, Fon and hubby, for such warm, authentic Thai hospitality :)

The hosts looked after us so well and helped however they could during our cycling trip through northern Thailand. It's very family friendly, and the rooms are modern and cozy. We'd definitely stay again.
