Dinner was the highlight for me. The 149 THB net porridge buffet had a nice spread of savory and sweet dishes, and felt worth the price. Breakfast was much more limited, with mostly vegetables and carbs. My Premier Suite at Centara Life Wisma Hotel Ratchaburi had plenty of usable space, especially in the large living and dining area. There was a TV in the living room but none in the bedroom. The bedroom bathroom was spacious, though the heavy door looked quite old. We only had four bottles of water and no minibar or other drinks, and ice came with a 50 THB charge, which I don't usually see at hotels of this level. There was no gym or pool, and room service wasn't available during my stay. Front parking was limited, so guests had to use the uncovered lot behind the hotel. The hotel is down a narrow alley, with a dense surrounding area that may be awkward for larger vehicles. The staff were consistently polite, friendly, and smiling, and made a strong positive impression. As a local hotel, it was acceptable in some ways, especially for dinner. But my stay didn't match the Centara standard I've experienced in other provinces, in terms of facilities, room details, or the overall guest experience. This is just my own experience and opinion.

The rooms were clean and cozy, and the parquet floor was nice underfoot. There’s plenty of free outdoor parking too. I found the staff friendly and helpful. Their English is limited, but they try hard and could usually understand what I needed. Robinson Mall is an easy walk, about seven minutes away, and there’s a KFC very close by for a late snack. The hotel is just off the main road. Inside, both the welcoming lobby and the roomy restaurant have plenty of space to move around. A comfortable, convenient stay, and one of the better hotels around here. I’d recommend it if you’re visiting the area.

The buffet breakfast was great, with both Asian and Western food. The bed and pillows were really comfortable too.

Breakfast varied a lot by day. Saturday and Sunday were excellent, but Monday had no egg station and very few choices. We travel around Thailand often and were disappointed enough that we'll look at other hotels next time, especially with so many nearby. Our three-night stay was booked through the Centara member deal, pay for two and stay for three. We wondered if that meant a lower-grade room. The Junior Suite was a good size with acceptable furniture, but the sitting room and bedroom walls had large cracks, some running from ceiling to floor. The repairs were badly done and looked dreadful, so it felt like we might have been put in a substandard room because of the deal. The bedroom had no cupboards, leaving us to keep folded clothes in our suitcases. There was nowhere in the bathroom for a dressing gown, and the towel rail was across the room from the shower. The shower tiles became dangerously slippery when wet. I fell and badly hurt my back. We mentioned it at checkout, but reception just smiled and asked whether it had happened the day before too. That response wasn't satisfactory. For the price, repairs and more bedroom furniture are needed.

The conference room was cozy and nice. The building itself has been renovated, but the blanket in my room had stains that looked like blood, wine, or menstrual blood. At this price, that didn't feel up to Centara's standard.
