Napa hotel ratchaburi

The breakfast was awful: a very limited selection, hard egg yolks, low-quality orange juice, no coffee, tea, or milk, and just bread with jam. The only Thai dish was chicken with basil, and it wasn't even holy basil. For a hotel this expensive, the basics were missing too: no hand soap, tiny shower gel bottle, no hair dryer, bathroom cup, or kettle. I had to fix the toilet because it wouldn't flush, and the shower looked disgusting, with something like algae or mold covering it. The bed was really hard. The road at the back entrance was a bit dirty, though the front entrance was fine, and outside music was somewhat loud at night. Absolutely the worst hotel ever.

The breakfast is small, with fried eggs and sausage, drip coffee, fruit, and a local Thai dish. The hotel itself is good value, with a large parking area, very clean and tidy rooms, and a calm setting without outdoor noise. The shower stalls are good, but need descaling on the tap, glass, and shower head. The big problem for me was the very hard mattress and high pillows. I woke up feeling like I was at army camp training.

We had a really good time. The Thai-style breakfast was okay, and the restaurants were quiet around 11:00, with a great atmosphere and delicious food. The servers were very nice.

The bed was hard, and the pillows were very high. It also wasn't set up well for babies: the place was dusty, the broken floor had sharp edges, and although they said there was a crib, there wasn't. We booked a deluxe room for 1200 baht a night for two days, but left after the first day.
