We spent our first three days of the trip at AJ residence, in a quiet neighborhood, and had a really peaceful stay. The hosts were patient and polite, and the room even has a balcony sink for rinsing clothes after the beach. Hot water was always available, and the water supply was regular. There’s enough parking and laundry service. We also sat at the tables by reception while waiting for cabs or other rides, it’s a nice breezy spot. Lovely place.

Room was a good size and clean, with a hot shower. Would be nice if the TVs had Bluetooth so you could watch rv from your phone.

The staff were really friendly, and the rooms were very clean. It felt like home, and the stay was a great experience.

I like this place. It’s well maintained, has great parking, and the staff are friendly. Getting to town or the beach means having a vehicle, though, and rush-hour traffic can be pretty bad. Still, you won’t find much better for 1k a night, believe me.

The place is clean, though a bit far from most city attractions.
