Homm Bliss Southbeach Patong

To Mr Daniel and the team, thank you for making our stay in room 3821/481 such a pleasant part of the trip. Check-in went smoothly, the hotel had a lovely atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I want to compliment the front office team and the rest of the hotel staff for their hospitality and professionalism. Please pass along a special recommendation for Mr Daniel. I'd happily stay here again.

Patong traffic in high season is awful, so staying in the southern part was handy. There are lots of good restaurants and bars nearby, and it's easier to head out to other beaches without spending 30 minutes just getting out of Patong. The front manager, Daniel, was kind and helpful, though some other staff were below average and not very customer oriented, which didn't fit with the usual Thai kindness. The suite was huge and had a big jacuzzi, but it needs serious maintenance, so good luck if yours happens to work properly. Breakfast was poor compared with the other hotels on my Thailand trip. Most of the food was Indian, which I can't eat for breakfast, and the only other choices were eggs and some fruit that didn't seem very fresh. The hotel is fine, but there are probably better options around.

Being right across the street from Patong beach was great, and our private pool room was so peaceful to come back to after a day out. The beds were very comfortable, housekeeping did a wonderful job, and we appreciated the daily water. I highly recommend the elephant sanctuary and the pearl farm. The staff went above and beyond when they realized I couldn't eat the bread and pastries at the breakfast buffet. I hadn't asked for anything gluten-free, since I'm used to figuring out what's available, but they still went into overdrive to find GF bread for me. The front desk was always available for questions and suggestions. We're especially grateful to front office manager Mr. Chan yoong Shen (Daniel). His presence, energy, and care for guest satisfaction made the stay special. Thanks to everyone at Homm Bliss. I'll recommend you to anyone heading your way!

The sea view room was clean and comfortable, and waking up to the ocean was a real treat. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was simple but good. Homm Bliss Patong is right by the beach in a quieter area, yet Bangla Road and all the action are only a short walk away. Good value, and I'd happily come back.
