Horange Phuket Town

I wouldn't recommend staying here just because the photos look nice. The rooms are small and the service was very poor. I booked a twin room but was given one bed instead. When I asked for help, the staff told me to sleep there for the night, with no apology or proper solution. I had paid for breakfast, but it was not worth the cost, just a little meat and porridge. The following day I ordered food and waited nearly an hour. Staff didn't respond when I asked them to follow up, and I had to leave for my appointment without getting the food I'd paid for.

We could walk all around old phuket town from this spot, including to the bus terminal, and the rooms were very clean. The cafe food was really good too. After we checked out, they let my friends and me leave our luggage in the lobby until evening.

It was easy to get around Phuket old town on foot, but the room was small, really just for sleeping. There's no lift, only stairs. The shower and toilet are so close together that the toilet area gets a bit wet when you use it.

A nice, quiet place to work, with a meeting room for calls. I went in early December and there was always somewhere comfortable to sit and work. The hotel rooms are decent and affordable, and there was good coffee and snacks too. I'd definitely return.
