The one thing going for this place is its relatively quiet location. Otherwise, the breakfast was poor quality, the staff were seldom around and not very friendly, and the room was very basic. There were several mosquitoes in it when I arrived, and the shower had no hot water. The pool looked unappealing, with green, cloudy water, so I didn’t use it. Compared with other hotels in Thailand and the region, the overall experience was disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

It looked nothing like the pictures online, and I was shocked by how uncomfortable I felt during the stay. The room was very basic, the pool was green and unappealing, and we heard loads of bangs at 2 in the morning. I really didn’t enjoy it and hate leaving a bad review, but this place surprised me in a bad way.

Breakfast was included, the views were nice, and it wasn’t far from the main areas. The hotel was excellent value. Whenever we needed something, the fan at reception was really helpful.

It’s a good walk into town, but the place stays quiet at night without loud bar music. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good.

For what we paid for two nights, I can’t complain. I was stopping in Phi Phi on the way from Ao Nang to Phuket. It’s around a 15 minute walk from the ferry drop-off. The beds were okay and the AC worked, but the shower pressure and TV were useless.
